Hi friend!

I’m Heather - a Navy wife of 15+ years who understands the certainty of uncertainty. And here’s the thing, sister - I believe you can serve your military husband well while still finding your place in his world. By believing in the mission, connecting with your community, and embracing your worth you will thrive in this life.

I am here to help you become a strong military wife who can be an encouraging resource to other wives. I am here to cheer you on as you embrace this amazing life God has called you into. You belong here, my friend.

I would love to stay connected and send you a 1 page prayer guide. Grab it here.

Goodness, it’s so wonderful to have you here in this space. I want us to feel comfortable together, so here’s a little more about who I am and where I come from.

Growing up in western Pennsylvania I never knew much about military life. That changed when I met and married my husband, Mike, at The Pennsylvania State University. He was in ROTC when I met him and dangit, the uniform sucked me right in. We dated for one year before he proposed to me on a lake. Like most military couples I know, our wedding had to be scheduled around this new life I was marrying into. So, the fall wedding got moved to a summer wedding and after a ten month engagement, we were hitched!

All four of our babies were born in Nevada while stationed on NAS Fallon - a sweet baby girl and miracle BGB triplets. We’ve lived in eleven houses in six states in fifteen years. The Lord has been with us through it all and we wouldn’t change anything about our story so far.

Mike and I have a love for homemade things. He designs and builds handmade furniture. I sew clothing for our family. We pray our children will understand what it means to work hard, love Jesus and find their important place in our military family.

I’m glad you’re here.
